Rates:
From April to November $AUD 110.00 per night
For bookings of 7 nights $AUD 725.00
from December to March $AUD 148.00 per night
For bookings of 7 nights $AUD 995.00
$AUD 25.00 per extra person
$AUD 15.00 per child
Payments:
Money orders and bank cheques ahould be made payable to 'AS and CS Conway'
Bookings:
All bookings are subject to confirmation.
All Weekend Bookings must be paid In Full within 7 Days of Booking.
All Weekly Bookings must be confirmed with a 50% Deposit on booking with the balance payable One Month prior to the dates booked.
Christmas Re-booking - The current occupant has first option to re-book for the same period the following year. Bookings must be confirmed by payment of half rental by 31st March. If payment is not received by 31st March, the property will be made available to the first person who confirms by payment of half rental. Balance of rental due by 1st December.
Winter Special: 3 nights for the price of 2. May 1 - Sep 30 (Excluding long weekends)

Off Peak 1 April to 30 November 2006
Peak from 1 December 2006 to 30 March 2007
Arrivals:
Weekly bookings. Arrivals may commence from 2.00pm - 4.00pm on the day of arrival. Note: NO KEYS available before 1.00pm
Weekend bookings: Arrive any time after 12 noon Friday, Depart 3.30pm Sunday or if by arrangement day of departure is extended to Monday then 10.00am departure on that day.
Departures:
Weekly bookings: Departure time is 10.00am on the day of departure.
Weekend bookings: Departure time is 3.30pm on Sunday or if by arrangement day of departure is extended to Monday then 10.00am departure on that day.
If departing outside office hours, please leave the key in the box at the office.
General Conditions:
Please Note - Current prices are valid until 31 January 2007. New pricing applies from 1 February each year. Advanced bookings are charged at the new rates.
Minimum 2 night stay throughout the year except Peak periods which are weekly. Long-weekend — 3 night minimum.
Prices quoted are Australian Dollars per Week/night .
ALL BOOKINGS ARE SUBJECT TO CONFIRMATION
The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen including microwave and the laundry is equipped with a washing machine and clothes dryer.
The bedroom has a double bed. A cappuchino machine is also supplied int he kitchen. Fresh Hawaiin Kona coffee beans and a coffee grinder are supplied.
Please note: any breakages must be paid for by tenant.
NO PETS are allowed. If you bring a pet of any description you will be asked to leave, as we have our own mob of native wallabies and bird life, and do not want to disturb the tranqullity of our wonderful environment.
Payment:
Payment is by Cash, Money Order, Bank Cheque, or Credit Card only. Please note that any credit card refunds will be directly debited back to the credit card number provided.
Cancellations:
Fees will be charged for all cancellations as follows:
Weekly Bookings: 50% of the total booking will be charged PLUS a cancellation fee of 13% of the total booking. However, if the cottage can be re-let then only the 13% cancellation fee will apply.
Weekend Bookings (e.g. Less than 7 days) 100% of total booking will be charged. However, if the cottage can be re-let then only a cancellation fee of 13% of the total booking will apply.
